Chester Central Primary Care Network recognises the value in engaging with our patients to better understand the needs of our population and ensure our communities receive the best care possible within our available resources.
We want to ensure that your views are heard.
Volunteer Health Champions
We are looking for volunteers amongst our patients to work with us to empower and motivate people to get involved in healthy social activities, create groups to meet local needs, provide advice and signpost people to relevant support and services.
You will volunteer as part of a team who will provide quality face-to-face information and advice to a diverse range of people.
Volunteers are integral to the development of our services and will enable us to have a bigger presence in the heart of our communities.

Patient Participation Group
Established patient participation groups in each of our practices have helped to direct our organisations over the years, with frequent discussions taking place on how we can improve our services.
Chester Central Primary Care Network is now looking to form a joint PPG for all of our practices, to help us have better conversations with our patients. As we begin to grow our services, many of these will be shared across the practices. We believe that a collective approach will help us to better understand the needs of our population.
If you would like to be part of our patient participation group, you can sign up here.
